Privacy Policy

Only what you choose to send me:

• The free audit form: your name, business name, phone number, email, website (if you add it), main service, and city.
• The email list: your email and, if you add it, your first name.
• Emails you send me: whatever you write.

Like almost every website, the company that hosts this site keeps basic technical logs, such as IP addresses and browser type, to keep it running and secure. I don’t use those to identify you.

• To do your free audit and get back to you about it.
• To reply to your emails.
• To send you emails if you signed up for the list. Every email lets you unsubscribe.
• If you become a client, to do the work we agreed on.

That’s it. No ads, no reselling, no surprise newsletters you didn’t ask for.

This site doesn’t use tracking cookies, ad pixels, or analytics tools. If that ever changes, I’ll update this page first.

I don’t sell or rent your information, and I don’t share it for advertising. A few services help run the business and only handle it to do that job:

• Netlify hosts this website and stores form submissions.
• Google Workspace runs my business email.

I’ll also share information if the law requires it.

Only as long as it’s useful for the reasons above, or as long as the law requires for business records. You can ask me to delete it anytime.

You can ask to see the information I have about you, fix it, or delete it. Just email erik@outrankla.com and I’ll take care of it. California residents have these rights under state privacy law, but I’ll honor the same request from anyone.

To leave the email list, click “unsubscribe” in any email, or just tell me.

I use reputable services and keep access limited to me. No system is perfect, so please don’t send things like passwords or payment details through the forms.

This site is for business owners. I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
