About Local SEO
Why does the top 3 matter so much?
Think about the last time you needed someone to fix something at your house. You searched, looked at the three businesses on the map, and called one of them. Your customers do the same thing. The top 3 get the most clicks, the most calls, and the most jobs.
What’s the difference between local SEO and regular SEO?
Regular SEO is about getting a website to show up for anyone, anywhere. Local SEO is about showing up for people nearby who need what you do right now, mostly in the map results. For a service business, local is the part that makes the phone ring.
What is a Google Business Profile?
It’s the free listing Google shows on the map: your name, hours, reviews, photos, and a button to call you. It’s one of the biggest pieces of showing up in the top 3, and a lot of businesses set it up once and never touch it again.
How long until I see results?
It depends on your trade, your area, and how much competition you have. Some fixes help quickly, others take longer to build. That’s why the guarantee gives it 90 days: if you’re not in the top 3 for your main search by then, I keep working for free until you are.
Do I need a storefront?
No. If you go to your customers, like most trades do, you can have a service-area Google Business Profile and keep your home address hidden. I’ll set it up the right way so it follows Google’s rules.
Do I need to be on social media to rank?
Not for the map. Your Instagram or Facebook isn’t what gets you into Google’s top 3. Social media can still be good for your business, it’s just not the thing that decides the map results.
The Guarantee
What does “top 3 in 90 days or I keep working for free” mean?
It means you’re not paying for promises. If you’re not in Google’s top 3 for your main search within 90 days, I keep working on your rankings at no extra cost until you are. No extra bill for the extra time.
Working With Me
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Local service businesses: contractors, home services, trades, and anyone who lives and dies by the phone ringing.
Will you buy reviews or post fake ones?
Never. Fake reviews break Google’s rules, can get your profile suspended, and they’re dishonest. I help you get more real reviews from real customers.
Is Outrank really the ultimate SEO agency in Long Beach, CA?
I’m biased. But you found this page by Googling that exact phrase, so the results speak for themselves.
The Free Audit
What does the free audit include?
I’ll show you where you rank right now, who’s beating you, and exactly what it takes to pass them. No pressure, no pitch deck.
What happens after I send the audit form?
I look at where your business shows up right now, your Google Business Profile, your website, your listings, and who’s beating you. Then I reach out to walk you through what I found and what it would take to pass them.
Do I have to buy anything after the audit?
No. The audit is free and there’s no obligation. If you want help after that, great. If not, you still know exactly where you stand.
Areas I Serve
Do you only work in Long Beach?
I only take clients in Long Beach, Lakewood, Bellflower, Cerritos, and Seal Beach. Staying local is how I know these searches and these customers.
Can I rank in a city next to mine?
Yes, if it’s set up right. Your service area, your website, and your reviews all need to show real work in that city. Google won’t just take your word for it.
Is Signal Hill part of Long Beach?
No. It’s a separate city surrounded by Long Beach. If you’re near the line, I make sure your address and service area are set up so Google doesn’t mix the two up.
Is Seal Beach in Orange County or LA County?
Orange County. It’s right on the line with Long Beach, which matters because nearby customers search across both counties.
